Greg is a senior organisational development consultant committed to helping clients maximise the return on their investment in human capital. He offers an uncommon combination of business literacy and organisational development skills.

Greg frequently acts as a client advocate for purchasing organisational development and training services, and managing relationships with suppliers - helping
clients obtain the best value for their budget. He is retained by a number of
organisations as an advisor in change management matters. Greg specialises in needs analysis and linking people's performance with business strategy. His experience includes supporting changes in business strategy with effective programs to develop and retain the required skills, knowledge and attitudes.

Greg's qualifications include a prize-winning MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Graduate Diploma in Adult Education and Training.
